Sea Day 26/9

Wednesday, March 20, 2013 - Sea Day 26/9

Today was a wonderfully relaxing day.  We have begun to really savor these last couple of days on ship.  No cleaning, no cooking, no grocery shopping, no laundry....  That is not to say we don't miss our life and our home, we do.  We really miss all our kids and grandkids.

This morning we had delicious omelets and fruit for breakfast.  Next, we put on our swimsuits and headed for the hot tub.  It didn't feel as warm as usual, I guess the ocean waters are cooling as we head north.  We enjoyed a cooler breeze as we relaxed on the deck, really refreshing.

During the afternoon we enjoyed some trivia with our friends from NJ, Hubby really liked to sports trivia.  Dinner was Chateaubriand with delicious crunch string beans and asparagus.  Dessert was chocolate cake.  The show tonight was called Vroom, it was a repeat but we like the 70's-80's music.
We watched a seminar on some upcoming transatlantic cruises and they have begun to talk about disembarkation and our arrival in NYC.
